The Sapphire FUE technique
The donor area , usually the back of the head, will be shaved along with the recipient area, though there are no shave procedures available for less severe hair loss and for women. The surgeon will then remove grafts one by one, placing them in a Petri dish with an active plasma solution and refrigerating them until it is time for implantation.
Afterward, they will use a tool with spear-tipped sapphire blades characteristic of this hair transplantation method to make a large number of microscopic cuts in the recipient area, usually between 3000 and 5000, and insert the hair follicles .
When it is over, you will remain at the clinic for several more hours to ensure that there are no complications and the doctor will advise you on the aftercare routine and give you the products and medication you will need to use.
